How can I
get to talk with Jim?

Mon-Fri, I'm at the Body Factory by 4:00- 4:30,
usually closer to 4. But there are those times that you might
call and I'm not there, CALL BACK!
I've received enough calls there from guys and we've had great
conversations, if you call, ask for me if I'm not there hang up
and call back.
You'll catch me there most mornings around 8 am, I'm there for a
little while.

I get some e-mails concerning who can start this
system, meaning can a beginner start? This system is for any
level lifter. Q.
